INGREDIENTS
- 2 strips Belcampo bacon
- 2 Pasture-raised, Organic eggs
- 1 Tablespoon creme fraiche
STEP-BY-STEP
- 1. Place strips of bacon in a cold cast iron pan. Heat the pan on medium heat.
- 2. Cook bacon until crispy, flipping once.
- 3. Remove bacon and set aside; crack the eggs directly into the skillet. Spoon bacon fat onto the eggs to while cooking
