Our Restaurant & Butcher Shop in Downtown Los Angeles serves our signature burgers, salads and bowls in a modern-meets-retro cool vibe. Grab a seat at our chic, counter-service diner for to indulge in the city’s best burgers while people watching and enjoying a glass of beer or wine. We source grass-fed and finished, pasture-raised meats directly from our climate positive CA farms and seasonal vegetables from local farms. From our take on classic steak frites to our award-winning burgers to our keto-friendly salads, bowls and soups you’ll find all of your favorite meat dishes — each filled with California farm-raised goodness.
