Our All-Inclusive Weekend Wedding Package hosts the wedding couple and their guests for the following:

• Day One: Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner
• Day Two: Wedding Ceremony & Reception
• Day Three: Goodbye Brunch

The Package includes:

• Exclusive use of Belcampo Barn, yard and gardens for the weekend (aside from normal farm activity)
• Accommodations for two nights in Belcampo’s onsite housing, Shasta House & Shastina Cottage, for up to 10 people
• Shuttles to/from Mt. Shasta lodgings
• Day-of professional wedding coordinator
• Basic rentals, table settings and linens
• Basic outdoor lighting
• Sustainable flowers for the wedding party and centerpieces (based on seasonal availability)
• Selection from three family-style menus featuring Belcampo’s grass-fed and grass-finished Organic meats (includes basic wine & beer for dinners; premium wines and sparkling, as well as brunch alcoholic beverages, are extra)
• Organic coffee and tea service

Guests are responsible for the following:

• Officiate
• Photographer
• DJ or Live Music (including sound system)

Pricing, inclusive of all fees, taxes and insurance, is as follows:

• Up to 60 attendees $30,000
• 60 – 80 attendees $38,000
• 80 – 100 attendees $42,000

Optional Add-ons include:

• Additional lodging for guests with canvas “glamping” tents set up in the orchard (restrooms with showers available onsite)
• Extended hours (all F&B; service ends at 10pm; should you wish to extend your function beyond the time stated, additional costs may apply)
• Additional days/nights at Belcampo
