The Pro version of Belcampo’s Meat Camp includes a tour of our Animal Welfare Approved slaughterhouse as well as more advanced workshops such as sausage making and cutting primal to sub-primal. The camp is all-inclusive, with participants lodged in luxury tents in the farm’s orchard and enjoying family-style meals.

Ideal for those who have already attended our general Meat Camp or those who have some experience with open-fire grilling or basic butchery. Pricing for this all-inclusive 3-day retreat is $1,400 per person for a double-occupancy fully equipped “glamping” tent. If you are traveling alone and prefer not to room with another participant, a single-occupancy tent can be reserved for an additional $600. We are also offering a limited number of Bring-Your-Own (BYOT) spaces for $800 per person (for additional information, inquire within). A shuttle is also available for reservation, making pickup/drop offs at SFO and downtown San Francisco for an additional $85 per person.
