b. 01/18/80 in Zeeland, Michigan

I was born in Zeeland, Michigan and I have lived in Dorr, Michigan for most of life.  My parents are Keith and Nancy Schoonveld.  I also have an older brother, Alex Schoonveld.  I spent one year in the Netherlands as an exchange student at Melanchton College.  While there I lived in Rotterdam with my aunt and uncle Willie and Rudy Schoonveld.  Thanks to them I was able to learn Dutch while in the Netherlands.  Currently I am attending Michigan Technological University (www.mtu.edu) in Houghton, Michigan.  I am studying Computer Science and Business Administration.  After I graduate from here I hope to go on and get a Masters degree.  In my spare time I like to read, ski, roller blade, and listen to music.
